Every organization needs meetings.

RACES Management Meeting

The RACES management staff meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm at the Office of Emergency Services EOC, 50 Glacier Dr, Martinez.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the RACES Radio Officers can discuss and plan RACES activities. All RACES members are welcome to attend this meeting.

RACES Coordination Meeting

The RACES Coordination Meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Office of Emergency Services EOC, 50 Glacier Dr, Martinez.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open forum where representatives from all emergency communication programs in the county can meet to discuss and coordinate their activities. Representatives from all communication groups are welcome to attend this meeting.

This meeting follows the RACES Management Meeting at the same location.

RACES Training Session

There is a traning session (nearly) every month.  It is held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 8:00 am. The meeting location rotates around the county to make them as convenient as possible.  The purpose of these sessions is to improve our skills, so we are prepared in the case that our skills are required.  Everyone is welcome to attend these training sessions.

Local Nets

Practice your communication skills and test your radios often by participating in Nets. Or, take your skills to a new level and participate as Net Control. Contact your city EC if you are interested in running a net.

ARC Team Meeting

The ARC-Team meets monthly at the OES Building, 50 Glacier Dr., Martinez on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM.
