Message Handing May 15 8 am - 12 pm: In this class you will learn basic message handling using the ICS 213 form. After the presentation portion of the class, you will participate in a mock drill using your radio. The drill will give you some hands-on experience passing messages. For the drill, you will need to bring your favorite hand held transceiver (HT). Think about bringing any other accessories you may need for message handling.
